No one is helping
I have called numerous times . Emailed …. Sent message thru apartments.com . If this place doesn’t answer to any of these , the complex is FAILING . I’m going to call the management company now . Can you imagine how awful it is to live there with no one in the office . No thank you

Customer service.
Called, texted and emailed for 2 days in the row in regards to the availability and never bother to acknowledge any of my messages. If this is how they treated a potential tenant I can’t imagine how they treat you ones you move in.

I love it here
I just moved in This month and I love it here. The Management is great. The area is beautiful and quiet i can walk to the shopping centre which is very convenient.

Prospective tenant
I am confused about your lack of protocol. My experience with you started out simple enough, but on complicated. There was an apartment available online for a studio apartment for $875 a month. I made an appointment for the 21st of January, I even called a day prior to confirm. When I got there, I abruptly informed that the apartment was rented. That was the first red flag! Afters two werks I checked online again, the studio apartment was still listed as being available. This time I asked what... does it take to hold the apartment? I was told a $200. Dollar money order. I had one issued and walked it in and left in your outbox. After that thinks went blank no returns calls not response from my email. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the local and district fair housing act via U.S. department of housing and urban development. I need answers ASAP. I await your response! H. GILMORE
