Sutter's Mill

I had lived in Sutter's Mill for 13 years. I only moved out because I had the opportunity to buy my own home. I had always felt like Sutter's was my home, not just an apartment. I always felt safe and comfortable. The layout is great. The kitchen/dining area are open to the livingroom-I never felt cutoff from the rest of the family when I was making dinner, etc.
When my husband was going through chemo for lung cancer the management waived our rent increase for a year.

Management says they don't allow pets, but the neighbors that live right next-door to me have two cats! I'm extremely allergic, yet management says that they can do nothing about it. Parking is an absolute nightmare, if you get home anytime after 5 o'clock be prepared to have to walk several blocks to your apartment. Also kids are not allowed to play outside, but I sort of see why because at night time it becomes very unsafe here. I've seen people using drugs out by the dumpster, and I've… witnessed people breaking into other people's cars, and keying the cars. Cannot wait until my lease agreement is up! If you are a felon,or play music really loud and don't care how filthy your apartment is, then I guess this is the place for you.
