My 6 months experience at this place was not a pleasant one. If you renting # 18 my advise is don’t. The people downstairs will complain about anything and make up stuff to get them to move you so they have no one upstairs. They are not very friendly at al. He one time yelled at my nephew for being excited.
The manager seems nice before you sign the lease then she flips the switch after. The people down stairs will make ur stay unpleasant . So think before.

Can get a bigger bang for your buck someplace else.

Over priced for the conditions of the apartment complex. Limited parking. Car can’t fit into the garages (very small, use more as storage unit size) Packages can become stolen because it isn’t gated and on a very busy road. Laundry machines never work and eat your coins. (never refunded) I suggest to do your research in the area if you want to live in Orange. You can most certainly get a bigger bang for your buck at a well run apartment complex with ever more amenities. Also, on-site Manager… isn’t the warmest person.
