I was very excited to move into Windsor at Main Place as it is described as a "Luxury" apartment complex, however this has been the worst experience out of anywhere I have ever lived. Unfortunately, I wish I never moved in. The apartment was not move in ready. The staff is nice, but problems should have been resolved prior to me arriving. The paint was wet, bathroom flooded, no AC, no hot water, stove caught on fire while preheating just to name some of the more major problems. Furthermore, I… was told the unit was the same as the one I toured which it is not.

I am very happy with Nancy and Cindy in the office and Juan in Maintenance. They all provided me excellent service with maintenance needs I had. Juan fixed a cabinet door I was told could not be fixed. He did excellent work, was professional, timely and honest. I really appreciate all the character traits. Nancy went above and beyond to ensure the work was done in a timely manner which I truly appreciate. All my maintenance needs have been taken care of and I am one happy resident. I love… living here at the Windsor. The best place I have lived so far.

Windsor at Main Place feels like a safe and calm place to live. The staff are very quick to help and never have negative attitudes, no matter how strange the question may be. The maintenance is very quick. There are times that they leave something off or wrong with my apartment with intention of coming back to fix it but I have had to remind them that it needed to be fixed after a long wait for their return.
