Management is incompetent.

From getting drunk and shooting fireworks off the roof on 4th of July to unknown office hours, the management here (Sierrah) is a joke. She even left the elevator off during the entire Christmas holiday weekend. Couldn't be bothered to fix it.
She will only reply via text to issues. I've had 4 floods here and one time the maintenence person tried to just wipe the sewage of the plates with a rag and put them back on my shelf for use... disgusting.
They claim things are refurbished, but they… really just slapped a coat of paint on a building that needs a lot of help.

Update 5/22: landlord claims no issues with hot water heater. Only have 5 minutes of hot water in shower. Claims no one else is complaining, even though other tenants say they've told her the same thing.

Also, she can't keep appointments. Our microwave went out, maintenence came and swapped a fuse, next day, blown again. Asks for me to send pictures of the microwave so they can get one that fits. Landlord schedules installation of new microwave on a Wednesday, I take the day off to accommodate. No show. Replies to texts about 2 hours after being sent anything. Claims the home depot delivery was late. Then next day, microwave was not the same make it model and it was bigger and maintenence needed to cut into cabinets for it to fit. Why did i need to send you pictures if you're not going to buy the same one? Aaaaand then i find out, the microwave she got ISN'T EVEN SOLD BY HOME DEPOT.

Management are liars, do not trust them or assume they'll even do anything to help. Just come up with lazy excuses to not fix anything.

management sucks

This is the worst place To live ever my apartment flooded multiple times in management did nothing to clean it up I had to clean it up myself and they wouldn’t reimburse me for any of the property damage don’t ever live here
