Great staff beautiful place

Joanna was absolutely great in our tour around the complex . Very pleased .. it’s a beautiful complex and everybody is friendly. Hope to be a resident there soon.

Great Complex - Great View

The Leasing Office was great - accommodating my move from one unit - then selected another unit with a better view - and they made the move seamless. Called Maintenance about something - they were there within 24 hours and resolved my issue. The Complex - is great - the VIEWS are amazing. Love love love this place!

Professionalism

I thoroughly enjoyed working with the leasing office thru the viewing & application process. It was stress free and made me feel confident in choosing this as my place of residence. We’ve been here about a month now & so far so good!

Unbeatable View!

Nothing beats the view! The complex is not new, so there are some issues as anywhere else, but the location is great, the view is amazing and that outweighs the negatives for me.

Great place to live!

I appreciate that staff is available at the leasing office 7 days a week. I’ve lived in other locations where they are only open on weekdays and during 8-5 hour shifts which makes it hard for working folks to take care of anything in person. I mostly speak with the staff that is there on the weekends and they are always attentive and respond promptly. The location of Paz Mar is great! Right by the marina with a great view and near the beach, restaurants, and shopping centers.
