bad building manager TINA
TINA NEVER DOES ANYTHING in the building in a timely manner. We go days every month without hot water. We go weeks with a broken gate. We go months without a working key so it's nearly impossible to use any of the building features like the mail room, the gym, or the pool.
Tina will watch you for weeks, then corner you to get information if she doesn't like you. She'll call for your car to be towed, even though everyone parks along the side of the parking lot to quickly pick someone up or to go... get something you forgot. She'll raise your rent just because she can, especially if you get a pet or try to have someone else move in, with no warning or paperwork done. She clearly uses her position to exert power in places she doesn't need to.

I know this was over a year ago but as the new property manager here at the Villas I want to personally thank you for the feedback and at the same time apologize on behalf of the company. I found out that the hot water situation was due to someone... turning it off as a prank and we are working on a fix for that now. As for everything else, I am truly sorry for the way your tenancy has or had gone. If you are still at our building, I would like to meet you and see how can do better.
