Management is constantly finding non-emergency reasons to enter your unit. Expect entry at least once a month, sometimes more often.
The mailboxes are always being broken into so you have to go to the Post Office to get your mail. Management also never communicates when they get fixed or broken into again. On the same note, since the buildings are locked, packages are to be delivered to the parcel boxes, but Amazon Flex and other independent delivery drivers do not have the access code so many... times they put the packages as undeliverable.
The parking is horrible. One spot/garage per unit unless you pay for a second spot/garage, regardless of unit size. Other tenants are constantly taking your spot, and Management does nothing to stop it.
There are a lot of dogs and occupants do not pick up after them, let them pee and poop on their balconies, and let them bark constantly. The dog park is fake grass with no drainage so it constantly smells like stale urine.
