This is the worst place ever. They have roaches, and mold. Our son had to go to the hospital for being sick cause of both. I always stayed up because anxiety wouldn't let me sleep without a roach crawling in his ears it almost happened as well. I tried multiple times to contact the management no one cares. They care more about how you park than anything. It's ridiculous. DO NOT RENT HERE TRUST ME.

Smaller Than My Pinky Toe
The 1 bd was absolutely small and not spacious whatsoever. There was another roach infestation as usual and did not know there was one before until I moved in and didn’t read these honest reviews. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT MOVING IN HERE AT ALL. There was a homeless man one time going through the dumpster and looking for stuff to collect, there is no on site security, while the location being close to downtown where there are plenty meth and crack heads. Be cautious when walking out at night, for... it could be your last night out….

The worst
Absolutely disgusting. Roach infestation is unrelenting and management couldn’t care less. Many neighbors had moved out due to this, including me. They send in a “exterminator” each MONTH (that’s how awful it is) and the guy lightly sprays the kitchen/bathroom haphazardly and completely uneven, so it is truly pointless and a waste of everyone’s time. There’s also a HUGE problem with homeless people coming in and out, jumping the gates, using the pool, etc....extremely unsafe and uncomfortable... environment, which again management does absolutely nothing about. Save your time and look elsewhere, I promise this place is not worth anyone’s time or hard earned money. Disgusting.

WARNING
I WOULD NOT SUGGEST LEASING WITH THIS COMPLEX. MY WIFE AND I LOVED THE PLACE, IT WAS QUICK TO MOVE IN AND EVERYTHING SEEMED PERFECT. WE WERE NOTIFIED THE SAME DAY WE MOVED IN THAT THERE WAS A ROACH INFESTATION. WE SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON BUG SPRAY AND ROACH REPELLENT. WE CLEANED EVERY DAY AND THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. THEY WERE NOT UNDERSTANDING WHATS SO EVER SO WE BROKE OUR LEASE. WE WERE LIED TO ON MULTIPLY OCCASIONS ABOUT THE INFESTATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOOKING ELSE WHERE SO YOU DO NOT... ENCOUNTER ANY UNWANTED ROOM MATES WHEN YOU MOVE IN (ROACHES). I WAS WARNED BY A COWORKER BEFORE I MOVED IN, NOT TO GO HERE. I WISH I WOULD HAVE LISTENED. SHE WARNED ME SOMEONE BROKE IN TO HER APARTMENT AND THEY WANTED TO OBVIOUSLY TERMINATE THE LEASE AND THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW HER TO, SO SHE LEFT ON BAD CREDIT. IF YOU DO NOT TAKE MY ADVICE AND GO SEE THE PLACE, I SUGGEST YOU INQUIRE ABOUT THIS REVIEW AND ASK IF THEY HAVE ANY BUG PROBLEM BEFORE HAND.

Not to happy!! Thats all I can say. Cable doesn't work have the time. Pool needs to be up dated. I do give the on site manager 5 stars though.
