The carpet was replaced recently with hardwood all over except bedrooms. Has working appliance like Electric induction stove (DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURE)and Fridge. Plenty street parking in front but also one carport available in the back. This is a very calm and quiet neighborhood and apartment aside from the train. Looking for a clean tenants that can take care of apartment as if it was their own and is mindful and respectful of neighbors.

Rent is $2850 for the first 12 months then rent will increase after first year. We kindly ask for $1,500 deposit with ID or some sort of identification as we do just run soft background checks for community safety reasons and verifying financial responsibility.

Hay muchas opciones de pizza, Happy Donuts, Starbucks, comida mexicana y mucha comida para escoger a poca distancia caminando.

La alfombra fue reemplazada recientemente por piso de madera en todo el apartamento, excepto en las habitaciones. Cuenta con electrodomésticos funcionando, como estufa eléctrica de inducción (DIFERENTE A LA FOTO)y refrigerador. Hay bastante estacionamiento en la calle al frente, pero también hay un espacio de cochera disponible en la parte trasera. Este es un vecindario y apartamento muy tranquilos y silenciosos, aparte del tren. Estamos buscando inquilinos responsables y limpios que puedan cuidar el apartamento como si fuera suyo y que sean considerados y respetuosos con los vecinos.

La renta es de $2,850 durante los primeros 12 meses; después aumentará.
