Great place to live. Audy ( the apartment complex manager ) is great to work with. The apartments are in great shape and the complex is quiet, no loud neighbors. I lived there for 2 years and would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Great Over The Phone Customer Service
I do not live here, at least not yet. I have been in the process of calling different apartments, and many of the people I have spoken to have been very rude and uninformative. When I called Villa Vincennes, the woman I spoke with was very polite and helpful. My interest in moving her has been greatly increased!

Very good Apartments
I've been living here since I moved from Florida in 2011. Searching for apartments in LA can be stressful. This apartment complex is very nice. It's kepted in great condition. Mangers are friendly and helpful. Very few apartments offer Internet and Direct TV with the rent. No problem with parking on the streets in case you have company over. Vincennes villas is a great place if your looking for a new apartment.

Comfortable, but under false pretenses
My family and I have lived here for about two years, and its been a rather uneventful two years. Sometimes the appliances break and we have to wait a week for assistance, or the laundry room washers or driers are broken, and we'd have to lug all our laundry downstairs. And the one elevator gets a bit problematic when someone is moving large furniture, holding up people trying to get to the second floor garage. The fact that you can only leave or enter the basement garage through the elevator is... also a problem, unless you want to walk out of the garage through the stairs and outside the building into the lobby. But all in all, these are only minor complaints. What most bothers me is the false information given to us when we moved in. The pool picture provided in their listing gives the illusion of a regular sized pool. It is in fact a lie, as it is four feet deep at most and maybe seven feet across the longest side. It is essentially a glorified kiddie pool, so do not choose this apartment if you want to swim. And the neighborhood is quite loud, contrary to what the manager informed us, as numerous houses own dogs that start barking late at night or early in the morning. There are also roosters that take to crowing at 2,3, or 4 in the morning. Some neighbors also have had parties with speakers so loud you can identify the song through the walls with the windows closed. And as they're far enough you can't tell which house its coming from, all you can do is sit back and wonder how much was invested in concert quality audio equipment. Fireworks are also a problem, people buying and setting them off almost two weeks before and after the 4th of July and new years. I recomend not moving into any apartments on the edge of the building if you have children, animals, or jobs that require odd sleeping patterns, like my family, which has the misfortune of possessing all three and an apartment on the side of the most parties. All in all, the quality of the apartment is nice, but the neighborhood and the lies have prevented this apartment from getting a five.
