Love this place!

I've been calling this apartments my home since 2014 and i love it! This are tranquil apartments, gated, spacious and clean. Tomas the manager is amazing, always available, quick to respond and solve any issues. I highly recommend Petrol East apartments!

Excellent

Excellent place to live. The complex is always very well kept and the manager is always on top of everything in the most friendly and kind way. The property is also gated so it makes me feel safe and secure. I love it here.

Excellent place to live

These are great apartments to live in. The building is kept clean. The apartment themselves are spacious and well maintained. Tomas, the apartment manager, was great when we moved in and throughout everything else. I love that it is a gated community (which is what the hubby and I were looking for) and the neighbors are cool.

Petrol East

This is a nice and clean gated complex. I always feel safe when coming home late. The apartment itself is nice and very spacious. There is assigned parking and an on-site laundry room. The on-site manager, Tomas responds in a timely manner and If I need something repaired, maintenance is here and on time within 24 hrs.

Great management

I have lived here for 4 years and it is a safe environment. The manager, Mr. Tomas makes keeps the apartment complex clean & makes sure if any repairs are needed that they are completed right away!
