Horrible
This place is infected with roaches. We had to live with this problem for 3 years and the manager never did anything about it. The kids were hoodlums and were very noisy. And every other month they wanted more money for this rathole.

Richfield terrace
O.K. apartments if you don't mind having to walk past hoodlums just to get in and out the security doors at the front or if you don't mind not having light fixtures in your rooms or living room or having your manager advise you to not ask to get anything repaired or you might get your rent raised or not getting the new carpet you were initially promised or if you don't mind roaches or your apartment drenched in marijuana smoke every night

Awesome!
the apartments are very roomy, about 1000sq foot for a two bedroom. Complex very clean, friendly neighborhood and neighbors. Manager very prompt with requests. Haven't had an issue, love living here!
