HORRIBLE

Since the new manager has come into his position it's been horrible the lack of skills as a manager the complex has declined. The grounds are not kept up, he doesn't care about the safety of the property auto break ends are at a high. The parking is horrible apartments are out dated no up grades windows, cabinets, flooring, bath tubes need replacing, for the amount of money on rent it's not worth living at Somerset Village Apartments.

How long have you lived there. Maybe you should move. Don't stay where you appear to be miserable. L.F. Makes sense to me. I love it here.

Calm and quiet.

Good and a little bit better than basic. Not a box building with the pool in the center. Neighbors are just friendly enough. Management gets on any problems quickly. Underground parking is nice, but guest parking is not always easy. Air and heating work. Hot water is never a challenge. Pool is nice enough. The gym could use a little updating. Laundry rooms are located just a few steps from any unit. I've been here four years.

Very nice neborhood

I love living here. Everyone is very friendly. Parking is sometimes diffuilcult but they give you a free parking spot and they change you $50 if you need an extra parking spot. There's a gym, pool and laundry on site.

Somerset village

I've been living here for more than 2years and counting. I love this place i feel safe and secured. This place is quite people are nice and management are very clean they have people who maintained the compound. The only problem is there's no enough parking space available to park residence are really having a hard time to find spot and for there visitors.
