About 1860 N Summit Ave Apartments
Fully furnished, or unfurnished for $200/month more to pay the storage fee. Spacious and unique three bedroom, two bath sanctuary with a private backyard and laundry on a beautiful oak tree-lined street with views of the mountains. The whole home has... real hardwood floors that feel wonderful under your feet. The living room and kitchen have vaulted ceilings and an open concept. The kitchen is completely remodeled with quartz countertops, open bamboo shelving and new cabinets. The kitchen island opens up to the living room.
Both of the downstairs bedrooms are a good size and they share the downstairs bathroom. The back bedroom opens up to the backyard.
The third bedroom is upstairs and is a master suite with its own restroom and shower and kitchenette. The skylights provide great views of the sky; day or night. Some parts of the ceiling on the upper floor are lower than others. The lower parts are perfect for desks and beds. Check pictures*
The back yard is a great place for a bbq under the trees with friends. It has decomposed granite. There is a small area of earth that you can garden in if desired (3 ft by 8 feet). Or, just lay in your hammock and enjoy the view of a canopy of oak trees.
You're close to the action in DT Pasadena and close to all the gorgeous hiking trails, too. Plenty of street parking all around. All cars will need an overnight parking pass.
