Lovely in Pasadena

Why is my apartment lovely? First the location. I can walk to the Gold Line (local train). Ol' Pasadena and my work! My building has a total of 24 units and the tenants (neighbors) are quiet and keep the common areas clean. I am on the top floor (that means 3rd)with a double door entry and an east facing balcony. I have a wonderful view of the San Gabriel Mountains! A great feature is even though it's a one bedroom apartment I have 2 full bathrooms and they are BIG! Not to mention the closets.... Storage is not a problem here, My building has secured garage parking and a laundry room. One of the best things about the apartment is that I don't have to pay an additional monthly rent for my 2 cats. A one time security when I moved in and that's it. No double dipping cause I have furry friends :D

This is why my apartment is Lovely in Pasadena.
