Disappointing
This property started going downhill in 2019 even before covid hit. This listing is extremely misleading as a lot of the amenities outside your apartment are never working or open. Pool is not maintained and not open to the tenants. Haven't even been able to use it since I moved in bc it's never been opened. And the owners/property manager have no intention of reopening it yet they say we have a pool. The grills do not work and the courtyard plants are not maintained so tree limbs will... constantly fall and even fall on your car in the parking lots. This has happened so many times. Spider webs all over the courtyard and will kill most of your outdoor plants so don't bother trying to have a cute garden outside. Also, there is a huge bug problem in all the apartments, roaches, spiders, rats as well as constant plumbing issues where your water will just be turned off for no reason with no notice. Yet they keep raising our rent. Now wanting to charge $50 for each parking spot monthly. When Pasadena has a yearly street parking pass for $100. The paint in the units is a vinyl paint so literally will just start randomly start peeling and get everywhere in your unit. Nathaly is never around and will not respond to your emails, calls or text messages if you have any issues. Good luck reaching her she's on vacation almost every week. The maintenance guy although nice and hardworking is overwhelmed and constantly complains about this property and how disorganized everything is. I honestly feel bad for him. The area is nice and most of the tenants are friendly but there are nicer properties in the area with a property manager or owners who actually care about their tenants. Really disappointed and will not be resigning my lease. I really wanted to like it here but there are way too many issues.
