Great Apartments, Not Great Landlord
These apartments are large and good value for the price of rent. The landlord does keep up with maintenance, though there seems to be some ongoing issues with old pipes. Lots of things are very old in these units that need replacing. The landlord does replace them when the tenant complains. The landlord has made many changes to the property from when I moved in and seem to not care a bit about how the tenants feel. I've had changes done to my apartment and balcony; didn't have a choice but to... comply or move out. The landlord also takes advantage of leases ending and raises the rent almost immediately after the lease is up if the tenant chooses to stay. I love my apartment. Can't stand the landlord.
