Rinrose

We love everything about RinRose apartments. Our initial encounter was with Marjorie and Jasmine who were very energetic, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. They both helped make our move flow smoothly, from the application process to the day we moved in. The lobby is very well laid out and beautifully designed. My husband and I feel very secure in this environment because it is set up so people cannot just walk in from the outside.

Our family was displaced by the Eaton fire, and Rinrose didn't hesitate to give us a short term lease. They ensured the apartment was turned around quickly so we could have a place to stay, and they helped make the move in easy. We've been enjoying our stay here, and we highly recommend this apartment complex to others.

The Rinrose is a beautiful community with an amazing staff, high quality furnishings, gorgeous amenities, and a tech-forward experience. I am thrilled to live here and hope to do so for many years.

I had driven by the building a few times and decided to check it out. The amenities are great and everything was nicer than I was expecting. I especially liked the outdoor lounge area with the water, which would be perfect for spending a day reading and relaxing outside. Not only was the building itself nice, but the staff was nice as well. David (who I think is a maintenance guy) was especially welcoming and he pointed out a few other highlights of the building. He seemed to be on top of any... issues that may come up, which is reassuring, because many apartment complexes are slow to fix issues and are rude or inattentive. I just toured rinrose and it’s an amazing community, the amenities are awesome. I also had the chance to speak to the maintenance supervisor David, he seems like a great guy and made me feel confident in case any issue comes up, I know he’ll take care of it. Looking forward to making this my home.
