My whole experience so far at Blue Oak has been wonderful. The staff here have been friendly and willing to help with any questions. The move in process was easy, and I felt welcomed into the community. Being able to have my dogs was a huge priority for me, and they have been welcomed here as well. I am looking forward to being here for a long time as this already feels like home.

Blue Oak apartments is a great place to live whether it be for a single person, couple, or a family. The area is safe and the neighbors are pretty trustworthy when it comes to leaving out personal belongings or having packages delivered. The leasing staff at Blue Oak are very friendly and helpful. Their maintenance crew is always on top of their requests and carry out their work in a timely and proficient manner.
The only downside I have experienced at Blue Oak is the price. It does help when... you have two or more incomes.

Blue Oak is a family friendly community. There are so many amenities for the entire family to enjoy. From the pool and jacuzzi to the play structure and basketball court. The community garden and the grass areas of kids and pets to run through. They also have a fire pit that you can sit and enjoy the Paso sunsets.
