Horrible place

We lived there for five years and experienced rudeness and unprofessionalism from the management the entire time. I wouldn't recommend anyone move there, as the management consists of unprofessional people.
Also, be prepared for them to take your entire deposit and charge you extra, even though nothing is broken in the apartment. Any attempts to discuss issues with them are met with a lack of cooperation.
We also believe that the main office, Vandenberghe Properties Inc is not aware of how the… management treats residents at this location.
Additionally, be prepared for them to tow your car at any moment without reason. If you go to the office to ask about it, you will likely just be yelled at.
They have freezing pools packed with chemicals, so swimming is impossible, and you might even catch an infection.
When moving in, be prepared for management to present a seven-year-old, dirty carpet as brand new, and then try to charge you for it when you leave. The same deceptive practice applies to an old, worn-out stove that they will claim is new upon your departure.

Highly Recommend Dry Creek Apartments

I had an absolutely wonderful experience living at Dry Creek Apartment, and I truly can’t recommend it highly enough. I lived there from 2023-2026. From day one, everything exceeded my expectations.

The staff is exceptional—professional, kind, and genuinely invested in the well-being of their residents. They consistently go above and beyond, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that really feels like home.

The maintenance team is just as impressive. They are extremely responsive,… efficient, and take great pride in their work. Any issue I had was addressed quickly and thoroughly, which gave me real peace of mind.

The property itself is always clean, well-kept, and beautifully maintained. You can tell there’s constant attention to landscaping and upkeep, which makes a big difference in everyday living.

What truly sets Dry Creek Apartment apart, though, is the sense of community and care. It’s a very family-oriented place, and the staff demonstrates a level of attentiveness that is rare to find. I had a family member with special needs, and the staff was incredibly compassionate and aware. When I wasn’t home, they looked out for her and made sure she was safe. If anything ever came up, they communicated with me right away. That kind of genuine care and awareness meant everything to me and speaks volumes about the people who run this community.

Overall, my experience at Dry Creek Apartment has been nothing short of outstanding. If you’re looking for a place where you’re not just a tenant but truly cared for, this is it.
