Great Place to Call Home

This place is a wonderful place. Helen the property manager takes her job to heart. She keeps the property in tip-top shape. If something needs to be fixed it gets done quickly. Helen is friendly and you feel that this complex is more about community. Helen throws parties in the clubhouse for all residents who want to join in. From Super bowl, Blood drives Ugley sweater, or trick or treat for the little ones. For the past 4 years, the clubhouse gets decorated for Christmas and you can come in… and get your pictures taken in front of the tree. The pool is kept at 82 degrees all year long. I really enjoy being here. The people are friendly and I never worry about safety. Helen thank you for being so kind and caring also for making Villa del Rio the place I call home.

Enjoyed my time living there

Lived there for 6 years and felt very safe & at home. Helen is a great manager and very prompt when needing something fixed. The complex is always well maintained and kept clean. Almost everyone living there is friendly making for great neighbors! The apartment itself was great. It felt more like a little townhome than just living in an apartment.
Helen really takes pride in making sure everyone enjoys living there. She even has superbowl parties and game nights from time time. It's… perfectly located to just about anything needed for being in Paso.

Home!

Villa Del rio has been an amazing place to call home! They grounds are always kept clean and maintained. Wonderful amenities. Such a safe and beautiful place! The manager is always helpful and quick with any concern!

Luxury Living!

I have lived here for almost 4 years. The property is beautifully maintained and any maintenance order are completed quickly and professionally. The property is adjacent to the Salinas River so the views are incredible. The shining star at VDR is the property manager, Helen.
Kind, professional, funny and punctual! Highly recommend this property.

M Luna - Love living here

I’ve lived here for almost four years. The grounds are always kept clean. One of the few gated communities in Paso Robles. The maintenance crews are always available to help. Helen, the property manager is amazing. She always has something going on for the residents to enjoy and together, like Super Bowl party, Halloween, Summer BBQ in the pool area. I’ve always have felt safe and all the residents are friendly and care for their space and the community amenities (pool, laundry, gym). If I ever… leave it will only be because I’d be purchasing a home.
