Dear Tenant,
Yes you are correct some of our units don't have assigned parking and some don't have a bay view, but we do let you know from day 1. The mail does arrive every day if you don't receive your mail you may want to contact the Pinole Post… Master to let them know. We enjoy having kids in our community and if the noise bother you please let our office know.

best place ever

I love my place we all have a wonderful view of the bay and at night is is so peaceful. there are kids and teens but, you would never know they do not hang out and the office staff gabby is great and the other workers are so nice . i have been here 1 1/2 and i am so very happy!!
