Highland Orchard Apartments

My experience living here was wonderful. I lived at this complex for almost 2 years and it was always well maintained and the staff was exceptional. Whenever there was an issue the staff was quick to respond and resolve the issue. The area is quiet and safe and near many great restaurants and stores. Truly the only reason I left was I had an opportunity to get a deal on a house. Otherwise I would’ve been happy to live here for longer. Great place to live though. I lived there since 2017, since I lived there I had great experience with the manager Olivia and maintenance Jose. The first manger starts with an S was irresponsible. When Olivia came, she cleaned house got rid of all the trouble makers and gangsters. I like about the management (Olivia) she was always on top of everything kicking out bums and trash diggers off the property. She always contacted tenants for violation or disruption. I have a lot of respect for her and her staff, I enjoyed being... there. When issues occurred on property they brought in 24 hour security to deter crime and keep the trouble makers out. The property is very well maintained. Olivia would follow up on any issues that tenants brought up. It is too bad I had to leave because I had to take care of my in-laws. I had to to move out again this place would be the place I want to go back to. I will only go back if Olivia is still there. She is a business woman and well respecting on the property. She is never rude, but up front in a professional way with anyone. I would recommend this site if any one asked. Read More
