Rent is too high for what you’re getting
Management is good and keeps the exterior clean. They are quick with repairs. Owners don’t seem to really care and cut corners. Old and dated interiors. Cabinets in kitchen and bathroom are old and have water damage. They just painted over it from previous tenant wear and tear. All apartments need a new windows and doors etc. they are slowly starting to do it as people move out. They have a high turnover with tenants. Parking is horrible. Carpet in entrances get filthy as there is no room for a... mat because the door won’t open. You can easily hear your neighbors through walls and if you’re on the lower level good luck. You can hear everything. Also because the windows are so bad you can also hear all outside noise and traffic. Rent has gotten too high for what you’re getting.
