new noises neighbors

been living here for years, no complaints until as of recent.
new tenants moved in and now play loud music until 2am in the morning and nothing has been done. if you have an apartment near or in buildin b beware tenants plays loud music all hours of the night, sadly its time to start looking fro a new apartment

Services after living sucks

The manager handling is rude and unhelpful, half of the time in working hours she has the door closed and closed sign, i have to see 3 times in a day if its open and still cant go to the office, small small problems shetakes days to solve. the apaprtments are spacious but what aftergetting them, the srvice sucks chnage the manager please.

We apologize for your recent experience with the office and it not being open all the time. This is our busiest time of year with move ins and outs, which requires the manager to be in the units with people. She also has other duties such as bank… runs,supply runs and off site business meetings. You may have also noticed that there is a lot of projects going on around the complex that requires her to oversee. So she can not be there at all times. Perhaps in the future to save you time and steps you could call the office with your requests and if she is not in you can leave a message and she will know you are needing her attention. She will respond as soon as she gets back in. We care for and appreciate all of our residents and potential residents and strive to make all happy and comfortable our community.

Its nice for the price and area

Its a nice place to live. It is affordable, its quiet, and has space.
I have lived in the area for about 7 years now. And have always had apartments that are in hallways like you are staying in a hotel room. This place, I open my door and theirs fresh air, grass, trees. I love that. They could work on the laundry rooms, that's my complaint, the company that maintains them I guess, doesn't do a good job at it.
