Rental rate is unfurnished. We do not offer furnished units at this time.... Rental rate does not include utilities. Rental rate includes one regular parking space. Some pets are welcome with an additional pet deposit and pet rent. Additional parking spaces or EV charger stations may be available for a fee. Brisa only offers unfurnished, studio apartments at this time. All studios are equipped with full size appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer.

Management is very rude!

Called to inquire about leasing and the owner/property manager was condescending and rude. In my exprience bad customer service is a direct correlation to management service.

Property Manager at Brisa Playa del Rey responded to this review

This reviewer was calling from out of state trying to sell the building an intercom system. He was angry when we asked to be removed from the marketing list. He called back and left us a message letting us know he was leaving us a bad review.

Loved it here!!

Sadly, I recently had to move-out because I just graduated, but while I was living here, it was the best! The entire building is always kept so clean and smells great! The manager is so wonderful and is always working so hard! If I ever live in the same area again, I will definitely be applying to live here again!
