Mismanaged mess

Management disappears when you really need them. Laundry room is from the seventies and always broken and dirty, the mailboxes get broken into regularly and the restaurant next door has their sewer back up frequently and it smells horrible. This complex has rats and the repairs done are cheap and and done without skill

Can't contact

I call to make an appointment to view their apartments. Everything is AI, fine I make an appointment to see the apartment that same day. I get an email confirming it. I arrive, no one is there. I call, the AI says I never made an appointment, even though I have email confirmation that I did. I try to speak to a representative. Their mailbox is full. I call the number on a sign for that same apartment that's posted on their fence, entirely different number, they don't pick up, I leave a message.… There is zero communication. I can't imagine how badly they treat their residents if this is the way they present to perspective residents.
