Can't contact
I call to make an appointment to view their apartments. Everything is AI, fine I make an appointment to see the apartment that same day. I get an email confirming it. I arrive, no one is there. I call, the AI says I never made an appointment, even though I have email confirmation that I did. I try to speak to a representative. Their mailbox is full. I call the number on a sign for that same apartment that's posted on their fence, entirely different number, they don't pick up, I leave a message.... There is zero communication. I can't imagine how badly they treat their residents if this is the way they present to perspective residents.
