It has nice tile flooring, ceiling fan, whole wall big windows, and fireplace, built- in shelves, etc. It is located in the backside of the house, away from the street, very quilted and comfortable. The parking spot is jest few steps from parking to the room, very convience. This parking space fee include in the rent.
This room is just like you live in a studio and somebody pays all your utilities, laundry and Internet fees. The$1180 rent includes Utilities, FIOS high speed wireless Internet service. We have a shared big kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and hallways.
