Bad plumbing & Roaches in the premises
I lived there for a couple of years. This place needs a major plumbing job. The hot water in the bath tub comes out orangie color. You never get rid of roaches. The live in Manager is very unprofessional with bad attitude, she shares your business with other neighbors.
