Mission Suites Apartments

Our apartments are lovely the neighbors are quite and respectful everyone here is friendly too each other. The apartments buildings look nice, well painted and makes you feel confee at home. The place is great the rent and utilities included is fantastic!! The pool is always open the laundry rooms are always open theres always parking for everybody. I have no complaints about these apartments.

Location, Location!

Area - 4.5/5 : Pomona is a VERY nice city, with some great suburban qualities! Although it has had a bad rep over the years, it is beyond a doubt a great area to reside! Just 30 minutes from LA (on a good day!) and 30 mins from any of the larger neighboring cities in any direction, its a great place to be for individuals or families that travel in all directions! Not to mention the city is always improving and growing with a positive future.

Apt Complex - 3.9/5 The Mission Suites is a decent… apartment complex for familes or individuals just starting out! Their limited spacial sizes available contributes to the low score; large families might find it difficult to be completely comfortable with the 1 bedrooms or studio units available! They do make up for the limited until selection with all utilites included with the payment of your rent! Which is great for people who arent familiar with the way in which you pay seperate utilities (first time independent, etc!) and also make for a tad more control over budgeting and conservative spending! There is gated entrances & parking lot, swimming pool and security patrols every night! So safety is no issue! The apartments are quite during the night and are close to the 71 & 10 freeways!

Unit - 3.7/5: The studio unit's setup very much resemble a dorm room; Whereas the 1 bedroom's setup consists of a full bathroom shower/tub combo, living room, and operating kicthen/dinning room! The space in both is very straight forward and very basic. Which is why the score is a tad bit on the low side! But they are comfortable and they also include a stove, microwave, refrigerator , and air system at no additional cost!

Management team - 5/5: The mangement team is definitely the complex's hightlight! They strive to make sure everything in each unti it working properly, and if any issues arise, the maintenance teams address them in a timly manner! They also do yearly inspections just make sure their unit is meeting expectations!

Pros - Over all the complex is decent and is a great first apartment or a wonderful medium to couples or small families looking to save a few bucks! With utilities and appliances included at no extra cost, its a definite win! Located no more then 5 mins away from the downtown area and near the 71/10 freeways!

Cons - The space required for larger families can be an issue as the unti maxiums are 1 bedrooms.
