Location and Management

Walking distance to Mather Air Field. Close to VA Hospital. Easy in and out to Highway 50. Perfect if you work downtown or in Folsom. Units are nice. Neighbors are friendly. Manager is super cool and she doesn't nag you like managers at other complexes in Rancho Cordova. I moved out to assist family otherwise I would still be living there. I made a few friends while living there.

Cambridge Experience

My experience here at Cambridge Gardens has been great especially with the wonderful help from Sherry in the front office. From the day of signing the lease to the day of me leaving (unfortunately), Sherry has been there to help tremendously. The apartments are calm, affordable, and well-kept so it can be perfect if it fits your needs!

Peaceful and clean

This place is amazing. As a single parent I felt secure and comfortable in my own place. Management was always available and the staff are so friendly and approachable. The apartment manager was knowledgeable and a blessing to deal with. I would recommend this place to anyone that it’s looking for a great place, great location and a safe place to live.

Awesome Landlord/Manager!

The 5 stars are specifically for Sherry! If it wasn’t for her kindness & empathy, I wouldn’t have returned. When something needs fixed, she’s on it. She makes living here a place you can call home. I look forward to more years at Cambridge Gardens! Thank you Sherry!
