It is a great apartment building for families with children. Very clean and well maintained.

The best thing about this apartment is the management. The present manger on site is fabulous. I cannot give her enough praise with her ability to handle people and to make improvements in the apartment expeditiously. The apartment is actually very nice except it is situated above a major street. The windows should be double paned to keep the noise out. As well, the air flow is poor leading to exceptionally hot days in the summer. I have not yet figured a way to put an air conditioner in. ... The grounds around the apartment as well as the elevator and wash rooms are kept very clean.
