AWFUL SERVICE
It was a very disappointing and disorganized experience. I scheduled a self-guided tour over the phone and received the details via text. When I arrived for the tour, the access code they provided didn’t work—I tried it multiple times with no success. Only after I texted them about the issue did I receive a new code, which was completely different from the original. The entire process was frustrating and felt chaotic. It was a complete waste of time.
