Terrible property/management

These people treat their tenants like garbage. The property is poorly maintained and overpriced. Old units falling apart. Save your money and RUN.

Awful Apartments!

Extremely old buildings that are literally falling apart (e.g., pieces of molding are falling off). No noise protection — you will hear everything outside even with the windows closed, and when someone uses the stairs, the whole building shakes. Constant problems with hot water — you may turn on the hot water tap in the morning and wait up to an hour before it becomes warm. Very cold during the winter months — the apartment heaters are definitely not sufficient, and since they are outdated… electric units, they consume a huge amount of electricity, making it very expensive to keep the apartment warm. Very hot at summer - no AC. Highly not recommended!

Beautiful Location To Call Home

I’ve called PV Victoria Apartments home for over a decade, and I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful place to live. The scenery here is absolutely beautiful — with stunning ocean views that never get old. It’s incredibly peaceful to wake up and see the water every day.

One of the things I’ve always appreciated is how dog-friendly the community is. It truly feels like a place where both people and pets are welcomed and cared for. The management team has also been consistently helpful,… friendly, and quick to address any issues that come up. I can trust that they will get the job done.

After all these years, it’s exciting to see the property undergoing renovations. I can’t wait to see the improvements in store for the future.

Love it here!

I really love the space here, it’s so nice and quiet and quite big for an apartment (especially in this area). The service is very amazing here, from the people in the office to the workers that fix every little problem, I can always count on them!

AWFUL SERVICE

It was a very disappointing and disorganized experience. I scheduled a self-guided tour over the phone and received the details via text. When I arrived for the tour, the access code they provided didn’t work—I tried it multiple times with no success. Only after I texted them about the issue did I receive a new code, which was completely different from the original. The entire process was frustrating and felt chaotic. It was a complete waste of time.
