Zero stars. I used to like living here but the new management is rising the rates as high as the nicer properties. This property is not high end, but the opposite which I was fine with when the rent was lower. Spend your money somewhere else. If you have a problem the manager won't care. If you don't follow there crazy rules they will tow your vehicle or make you move. They won't give you any extra time to clean out your garage when you move in. Everything is no exceptions for anyone. You can't… have a BBQ on your balcony. You can only park one vehicle inside the complex and there is not much parking on the street at night or the manager will have your vehicle towed. The garage is super small so unless you have a small vehicle it will be really hard to park in. That's why a lot of people don't like to park in there garage. You can't use the community room unless you pay a lot of money. There is no where for kids to play so they play where some people go racing through here in there cars. There are a lot of cigarette smokers and barking dogs. When they repaved the asphalt they didn't seal it so if you don't take your shoes off it will ruin your carpet and the Manager won't care. The manager will act like you are just wasting her time. The appliances, cabnets, thermostat, and fixtures are all like the cheapest stuff left over from the 80's. Read More

Been living here for about 7 years, Ian's I call it home but the rents have been increasing and hate to think that I might have to move and really hope that I can win to stay another year as I can't afford to move as well to stay if the rent goes up again.
