Walk way
The walk way to the back of 39 apartment has a nerd to be fix someone fell down and hurt there hell delivering food

Needs upgrades .
I would say that the apartments need the biggest upgrades but I would suggest management first . Lady in charge has temper and is quite mean . I would stay away just from having to deal with her . She comes in yelling and nothing can stop her for anything . Her people skills lack and I can’t see why she even has a job considering her temper flares . These apartments are stuck in the 70s the year they were built .
