These people screwed me over. I paid for a professional company to clean the apartment after I moved out and provided a receipt. I cleaned the carpet professionally (at least they didn't charge me for that again). Apartment was in perfect condition except for some minor scratches on the laminate flooring from moving furniture and a small hole in the wall. I provided them pictures when I emailed them to tell them I had vacated the unit since no one was available to walk through it with either... my husband or myself. They charged $600 to repair the minor scratches when I moved out. My daughter works at a home improvement store and says that she doesn't know in what universe it would cost $600 - including labor - to repair the cheap laminate.
