I'm looking for a male roommate to... join my other male tenants. All the current roommates are hard working men who get along very well. They also work nights. Money is nice but an interview is required. I like my tenants to get along. It makes us all happy. Looking for the best fit for the house.
Long driveway. Plenty of parking on the street or the driveway can be coordinated. Most utilities are covered (internet, water, trash, and gas). The electricity will be split 4 ways. There's a garage with some storage space and a back tool shed. 2 fridges. The room for rent was near and dear to me so painting over the walls is not an option. There will be shared bathroom access. Absolutely no pets. Currently the plumbing is being upgraded to make sure everything runs smoothly. $500 deposit. Background check and application required through turbotenant.
