Unsafe Apartment, Management Ignores Health Risks
We have experienced repeated serious health hazards in this apartment. Strong chemical fumes from renovation work in the apartment below have filled our unit, and workers were wearing respirators. Management gave no prior notice about any construction.
This is not the first time this has happened — a similar incident occurred about a year ago, and I had to visit the Emergency Department due to chemical exposure. Management has failed to take adequate measures to prevent recurrence.
The lack of... communication, disregard for tenant safety, and exposure to hazardous chemicals make this apartment unsafe to live in.

The health and safety of our residents is something we take very seriously, and we understand how unsettling it can be to experience odors or disruptions related to nearby renovation work. When... this matter was brought to our attention, management promptly reviewed the situation, including the scope of work being performed, safety protocols in place, and ventilation considerations. The materials used were standard for interior renovations and handled in accordance with applicable safety guidelines; however, we recognize that odors can travel between units and may cause discomfort. We encourage residents to contact the management office directly so concerns can be addressed promptly and thoroughly on an individual basis.
