Do not live here, dangerous, unsafe, extremely expensive
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
Management allows just about anyone into this property, and it shows. Last night, a group of neighbors were partying loudly until 3 AM on a Thursday night. When security finally showed up two hours late, they were threatened with knives, mistakenly believing my husband had made the complaint.
For the extremely high rent, the quality of living here is unacceptable. There appear to be no standards for tenants, and units are overcrowded. The constant... noise is unbearable, it sounds like people are stomping around in metal boots at all hours.
We’ve raised noise complaints before, and management has done nothing. On top of that, our bathroom was flooded due to their negligence, and we received no compensation or resolution.
If I wanted this kind of environment, I could have paid far less elsewhere. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property.
It costs a ridiculous amount per month, and there are yapping dogs at ungodly hours. I can hear the neighbors snore at night. I’m so disgusted at how much this place costs compared to what the maintenance and staff have been like.
