The house is a short walk down the hill to Torrance Beach and the bike bath. A 5-minute drive or 20 minute walk will take you to Riviera Village and its bounty of restaurants and shops, or to Malaga Cove in Palos Verdes. Torrance Beach has a lifeguard, or take a short walk a down the beach towards Palos Verdes for a quieter stretch and to explore tidepools. The Redondo Pier with restaurants, bike and boat rentals is 2 miles away along the bike path.
The kitchen is fully equipped and looks out to the dining area. The open dining and living room has high ceilings, skylights and French doors to the back yard. The ground floor has a master bedroom with ocean views and a TV, two medium-size bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one off the master bedroom with a shower, the other near the back bedroom with a tub and shower. The large upstairs family room has a sitting area with ocean views, wet bar, another set of seating for watching TV, and a desk where you can work looking at the ocean. The upstairs bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.

Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and the third is now set up as an office, or can be furnished with twins, which can be combined into a queen. In addition, the upstairs family room has a double-sized futon.

The cul-de-sac on the corner is perfect for riding tricycles. Parking is easy in the garage, driveway, or on the street.
