0 stars for this building. Idk how management and staff here have the guts to charge thousands of dollars a month on rent yet they put nothing into the building. Ive had multiple leaks in my unit, one thing after another break in my unit, and every amentity has some portion of it out of commission at all times. What are they doing with our rent money? They are surely not spending it on maintaining the building for their loyal tenants.

Jaycee and Gabriel are extremely responsive and helpful whenever I have questions or problems. Ive only been here 3 months and already noticed improvements in cleanliness, parking, and a increased sense of community feel. Ralph is great too - whether its helping out with a cable line or changing a smoke alarm battery, hes always quick and efficient.
