ROACHES

Its 2026. The roaches haven't stopped. Yes, they work with you on spraying but they will make you feel like its just you and avoid treating anything or anyone else. When you're actively treating week after week after week and spending your spare time scrubbing everything and losing every ounce of sanity you have left, they will still shrug, add you to the list and not assist in the root cause (the whole complex)

LOVE THIS PLACE!

I originally moved to Concord Square about 4 years ago and had to move out for a new job. I recently moved back to LA and had the pleasure to work with the new manager who made the entire move-in process so easy and stress free. Its is so great to be back! I can honestly say this place is Resedas best kept secret, just ask anyone who lives here. Maintenance is great! They have two amazing technicians, Victor and Ron, that are at your door with in the hour of your call. The manager, Jonathan, is… always available when we need him. Its so great knowing that when we call the office he is there to take care of us. They have made so many upgrades to the property and the units from when I moved out, i wish i could share the photos on here. My husband and i originally came in for a one bedroom but when we toured the studio it was a whole lot larger that i remember it. We ended up going with the studio, knowing that after a year we can upgrade to the one bedroom. This review is just my way of saying thank you to the amazing staff of Concord Square. -L.C.

Stay away from this place

Stay as far as possible from tis place and if you decide to avoid this message make sure you have a good lawyer, cockroaches are the smallest problem of this place (FYI they are huge...)so you can only imagine what would be the biggest issue one suggestion STAY AWAY from here I wouldn't even recommend this place to people I don't like.
NO only they make your living absolutely unpleasant they will try to intimidate you in every way they can

Bad roach problem thats been neglected for years don’t move here they live in the walls.

At Concord, a professional technician is responsible for the bi-monthly servicing of our property and vacant apartments. Existing residents are also welcome (and encouraged) to communicate concerns with our office since service in an occupied… apartment IS possible, but only with the resident's signed consent.
We're unsure if you were given this information while a resident 4 years ago, but we'd like to extend our sincerest apologies if not.
