ROACHES GREET YOU AT THE DOOR

I went for a tour. The roaches got there before the manager. Disgusting. In the middle of they day! RUN!

PEST Problem

There is a huge roach problem here. Maintenance never gets taken care of in a timely manner. Corporate does not want to put any money into the building to better the situations. Cars have been stolen, property has been damaged and the building next door has lots of drug use that you see visible walking around the front of this building all the time. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Stay AWAY!!!!!! Everything stated at top about apartment amenities is a lie! We have no doorman,… managers are never available and the balconies are full of RATS!

Needs some work

Management is bad at answering calls/texts or being available in office. There is a cockroach problem here. Close to 405/101 freeway. Safe and convenient to supermarket.
