Stay away!
I moved here from out of state for school and after 2 years and multiple changeovers with staff it is my responsibility to let you know what it was like to be at this place. As a student I was home a lot and here is what I experienced: cockroach infestation (had to throw out multiple items), oven replacement, broken faucet, broken air conditioner, no hot water in shower for several months!, water being shut off at least 2 times a month, getting sick from drinking the tap water even with a… purifier, tap water smelling like sewage, domestic violence, leaf blowing debris onto the patio every week, several power outages, unsafe neighborhood, hot tub not always hot, filthy laundry rooms (this mostly from tenants) and some of my clothes were stolen. Please find a place where you will be respected as a person in your home.
