Warning Warning Warning. Do not move here!!! I lived here for 3 years and this place is horrible. Don't know where to even start. The people in the office are very rude and unprofessional. The leasing company needs to reevaluate who represents them. Office manage can never be reached and CYNTHIA is very rude and needs to learn how to treat people. The complex is dirty with trash all over the ground especially in the back. The back pool looks abandoned why is it there it's never… maintained. Don't get me started on the laundry room where the washers are so dirty you don't want to wash clothes in there. Maintenance crew drive around in there golf carts doing nothing and Alex the maintenance manager what good is he but try and be intimidating. They say they have security. Where is he, sleeping in his car in the front. Unfortunately I rushed in and didn't research this place Personally I had problems with front office and not getting my full security deposit, parking and having my car towed from MY ASSIGNED PARKING spot twice Save yourself the heartache and stress. Keep looking

Looking at the reviews it’s a little or a lot out dated.

Thing as the reviews are a little bit outdated. It’s kind of hard for me to make a decision, but I do love that you’re close to my family home, which is less than five minutes away. I do love that one of the comments or reviews, I should say you guys are family oriented, meaning that you try to bring your community together which I love.

Nightmare

Roaches when i moved in. I terminated myself. Utilities system is screwed up with no online pill pay. Have to pay for parking or park in the street a block a way. Be prepared for major fees when your lease up and moving out. Dont let our nightmare become yours.

Oh glen where to start

Bath tub leaks, ants, roaches, air conditioner leaks inside apartment, unrealistic fees for first time late payments, parking inside of apartment grounds not promised at all let alone by your apartment. Can pay a fee for parking next to your apartment but you know parking and ease of living that's not standard here..repair orders go unfixed. apartment is aged and has plenty of issues . Management company is a bit of a running joke when you need something done. Oh and trust me they will say it's… "changed" in my opinion not for the better.But hey at least it's not on a Main Street and grass gets watered ? ( tried to leave something nice too)
