How Is This Rating Determined?

Not worth the headache.

I lived there for a year and a half in a three bedroom unit and one year in a two bedroom unit. A fairly nice area and neighbors, but this place is not at all worth the amount of money or stress. There is no gym, no laundry room, no playground, no pool, no guest parking, no on site maintenance, and no professionalism in management. There is a "bbq area" with no bbqs and you have tell the manager in advance before using it... for some strange reason. The manager is never in the office, told... private business in public, argued with multiple tenants outside my apartment, and insists that we make our own repairs to the unit that should be handled by the landlord. Even before we moved in and we pointed out repairs that needed to be made he tried to say we did it when we moved in a dresser. Honestly, I believe you are better off buying a house than living here. You would spend the same in mortgage, but you can do whatever you want.
