Customer Service

I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do laundry for over a week due to maintenance being backed up! I called resident services again and had the pleasure of speaking with Vanessa. I broke down my situation and told her how much of an inconvenience it is that my laundry room door is stuck and that it’s going to take a week to fix! She told me she understood and to hang tight to see if anyone could stop by since it is an emergency. An hour later maintenance comes and fixes my door now I can go… laundry in the comforts of my home. Thank you for being professional and understanding Vanessa.

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE

The management takes 0 responsibilities, but you better keep paying everything. There is no lease renovation, so you have no leverage and even if your lease is expired they still expect a 30 day notice to move.

My worse experience ever. Save yourself the headache

Attention to detail

The leasing agent, was very accommodating, professional and the property was/is well maintained, and clean. But for me, all the amenities were/are impressive but each unit having ADT security is comforting
