Solid place to live. The unit was clean, comfortable, and it gets the job done. Nice location too. Overall a great place!

Nice Community
I have been living here for 7 years and plan to stay longer. It is a great and walkable community. The managers are kind and have always fulfilled my requests promptly. Highly recommend.

No service
We tried to stop by on a Monday, they had a sign in the window that said they will return at 2:00. Ok no biggie, we drove around for 20min checking the area out. Not the greatest, definately pretty trashy but we need a bigger place and one that is pet friendly. Apparently that's hard to find here in Ridgecrest. Anyways we walk in and instantly,the two women working, look like we just completely inconvenienced them. We asked if they had a 3 bed they irritatingly replied with yes, we asked to see... one. The one girl looked at the other and the other girl said NO. And to come back another day. They are open till 6. And had food infront of them. I guess they didn't want to rent out an apt that bad. Sorry ladies that we came in during business hours and inconvienced you. We will not be back.
