have lived at Elkhorn Village Apartments for nearly three years, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best renting experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first phone call, Vurn made me feel welcomed. He is kind, down-to-earth, and genuinely treats people with fairness and respect. The application and move-in process was smooth, simple, and completely stress-free, which made a huge difference during what is usually such a hectic time. Over the past three years, Vurn has continued to go... above and beyond. If maintenance is needed, he responds quickly, and if there’s ever an emergency, he’s there no matter the time. It’s clear he takes great pride in keeping the property clean, well-maintained, and running smoothly. One of the things I appreciate most is the sense of safety and community. The property is peaceful, well cared for, and there isn’t unnecessary outside traffic, which gives real peace of mind. The neighbors look out for each other, and it really is a wonderful community. Finding a landlord who is professional, dependable, and truly cares is rare. I’m incredibly grateful for everything Vurn has done, and I would highly recommend Elkhorn Village Apartments to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and caring place to call home.”
